This is the first video event you have to attend. Together with a maximum of 10 participants and me as a host, we will build together, through video conference our Brain Salad bowl. We will open up the space for descriptive conversations and seeing each other working. Step by step I will present sequences of movements in hand modeling with clay. No previews experience with clay is necessary. More than teaching and learning a skill, it is an art connection. Our aim is to create a temporary space of togetherness and empathy by making something together. It will be full of lovely attempts; trying to synchronize our hand movements of making our BRAIN Salad bowl with the hand movements of the host and the rest of the group. Furthermore, this interactive experience will encourage body-mind awareness collectively focused on the present moment. It is a beneficial practice for these intensive times we are going through.
